Return Policy

At Elite Chef Supply, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below.

Return Eligibility: You may return new, unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • Items must not show signs of use, wear, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@elitechefsupply.com or call (786) 706-4412. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Shipping the Item Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  4. Return Shipping Cost: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 3-9 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee of up to 30% may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the return process outlined above. After we receive your original item, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return and send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
